Israeli to allow entry of international aid to Gaza
30 Apr 2008
Israel decided on Wednesday to allow a shipment of humanitarian aid to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip from Egypt and from international organizations.
The aid will pass first into Israel the Al-Uja crossing, and then into Gaza through the Sufa crossing, instead of coming directly from Egypt through either the Kerem Shalom or Rafah crossing points.
According to Voice of Israel radio, the shipment includes 10 truckloads of goods.
