Israeli blockades preventing reconstruction in Gaza

BBC - Money pledged for reconstruction in Gaza last year has not been spent because of Israeli blockades, according to the UN.

Britain has described the blockade, which is preventing the import of construction materials, as a "disproportionate response", calling for it to end.
