About Us

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a UK charity providing support to the health and medical needs of Palestinians living under occupation in Gaza and the West Bank, to refugees in Lebanon and to other vulnerable communities in the region.

MAP recognises that access to healthcare is the prime component of the fundamental human right to health. This right is compromised by the occupation, the ongoing conflict and the lack of a just political solution to the crisis.

Established in 1984 in the aftermath of the Sabra and Shatila massacres, today MAP helps by working in partnership with local organisations to deliver a range of health and medical care to those affected.
